Love is in the air!

Updated: Feb 12, 2020

How about a champagne brunch to celebrate with your honey and loved ones?!

I guess I have always loved pink and have been partial to hearts. I created my tablescape with various things from my cabinets. A few new additions like these sweet and soft blush colored wine and champagne glasses completed the look.

When my kids were little I used to make them heart waffles for Valentine's morning...they were usually covered with sprinkles, whipped cream and chocolate chips but in the interest of being healthy I made the high fiber waffles from the FFactor recipe and substituted vanilla non fat yogurt and berries for the whipped cream and chocolate...still delicious!

While I have owned most of these items for a while I have links here to get the look!

Gold stemware from West Elm

White linens with pink embroidery Kim Seybert

Gold chargers by RedBliss I have had the heart plates for many years, but found so many great

options to create the same look! They are all so cute.

These pink rim chargers look great with so many different looks. They work as a dinner plate or a charger. I have dressed them up or down.

They are fun and whimsical with the heart plates but look equally beautiful with my elegant Herend dinner plates.

For a more casual look I found these adorable red and white stripe plates at West Elm on sale. Run, don't walk...they were SO cheap. I seriously think paper plates may cost more. Get them while you can. They would actually be adorable for Fourth of July and or a BBQ as well.

MAKE IT SWEET!

We love candy around here! I use it as decor all the time and what sweeter way and day to decorate the table than Valentine's Day. Lots of candy jars could replace all the flowers as well.

Fill your table with candy!

One of my favorite treats just happens to be "Sugar LIPS." Try a small cute one packaged for a gift or go for 5 pounds and FILL a big bowl…to eat for for a table display!

More...SWEET STUFF!

The Darcy Miller X Georgetown Cupcake Sweet Talk Cupcake Collection is adorable and —just in time for Valentine’s Day!

It’s no secret I love to make a dessert display and I was in love when I saw these yummy and delightful cupcakes from Darcy Miller!!!

She collaborated with Georgetown Cupcakes, putting her adorable designs on their yummy cupcakes to create the limited edition Sweet Talk Cupcake Collection.

These cupcakes are available Feb 1-29. You can purchase them as a dozen by pre-order online, phone, email or in-store. 4 flavors out of the dozen are offered as individual cupcakes that can be purchased in-store.

They are almost too cute to put in a box but if you buy extra and put in small red boxes with tags that could be your place card for each guest.

As a gift, they come beautifully packaged. They brought a smile to my face. I just love the designs and illustrations Darcy creates.

Look how fun and cute!!

I have been a fan of hearts for as long as I can remember…. I guess a romantic at “heart”:)!

Loving these adorable sweaters from Zadig & Volataire.  The ivory with mixed hearts and Paris is for Lovers sweaters are on my shopping list and let me tell you they are so soft and comfortable.

Wash it all down with some Champagne or JNSQ rose.

How cute is this Pink glassware from West Elm and of course the great designs and fantastic messages from Ashley Longshore cocktail napkins.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope your day is sweet and filled with lots of love! xoxo
